***UPDATE*** The claims guy just called me. They are taking statements and so forth. They have to get both parties to agree to a recording of the accident. He told me to do what medical is needed. That they won't settle until treatment is done. Cool. But in the meantime, the adjuster will be out sometime this week to do a estimate on my car. The Police Officer said there was more than $500 worth of damage to my car. I estimated everything wrong with my car is more than the value of my car. So I can't wait to see what happens. Also, I am waiting for him to call back about a rental car. Cool. I am covered for up to $22.49 a day. But I am going to see about my car first. I don't really need to go anywhere right now but to the chiro, I can find a ride for that. I know stupid me. But the other party out right admitted to the accident and being at fault. I was in my lane and he pulled out and hit me. Plain and simple. God help me right now. Well going to go lay down. I am tired. MMMMM wonder why???

I was up until 3:30am this morning. I just could not sleep. Everytime I closed my eyes, I kept visioning the truck hitting me again and again. It was like a song that kept repeating it self. Then I couldn't get comfortable. Medicine never helped. So I just woke up and its my whole left side that is sore. I didn't think I hit the parts of my body that are sore. My leg, my whole arm, the hand is tender and my lower back is very sensitive. So today I am going to take it easy and relax. I hope the claims guy calls today. Since I drove the car home, I noticed some things wrong with the car. Like the steering, all wobbly and loose. Oh and my airbag light came on and started flashing. I didn't realize it til' this morning. I am lucky my airbag didn't blow. My car has a safety shut off switch for the fuel pump, there was such force it pop it. I was impressed. I pulled my car into the parking lot and turned it off. Well not knowing that was the problem. It wouldn't start so the person that was helping me couldn't figure it out. Well meanwhile I had to pee like a russian racehorse. I don't remember going into the store, just going pee or walking out of the store. Wierd. Well while I was peeing, I remembered that switch. So I walked out, popped my trunk and pushed the button. And Voila' it started. Dam I am good. See when I had all them problems with my car earlier this year, not starting and all. That was the first thing they checked. It pays to do research on your car. I probably know more about my car than Ford does. I also noticed that the engine shook a little more. I hope it didn't break another motor mount. My motor is sideways because of the tranny and you can move the motor a few inches. If it moves more than I will know. Well I am off to find a paper and pen. I am going to write down everything I noticed. They won't like me cause I know my car better than anyone. I am going to point out everything I noticed was different after the accident. They will either fix it or replace. I am wondering how the other guy is feeling. He said he didn't get hurt, but he was old. Then again he was in his big old truck too. I will keep you all updated on how I am feeling and crap.
